कारण प्रवेशाच्या वेळीच जर 100% फी माफ अशी जर शैक्षणिक संस्था विद्यार्थ्यानींना पावती देणार असतील.तर त्याचे स्वागत करता आले असते.पण तसे ते होणार नाही.
संपुर्ण शैक्षणिक शुल्क विद्यार्थांनीनी सुरुवातीला भरायची आहे.मग या योजनांचा उपयोग काय ?शासनाकडुन परत येण्याची कधीही गँरटी नसती.शिष्यवृत्ती मिळेल या आशेने विद्यार्थ्यां संबंधीत विभागाकडे चकरा मारतात.तो कोर्स पुर्ण झाल्यावरही दोन दोन,तीन तीन वर्ष शिष्यवृत्ती मिळत नाहीत.अशी गत वर्षनूवर्ष सर्व शिष्यवृत्तीची सद्या झालेली आहे.
शासनाच्या कोणत्याही ऐकाच शिष्यवृत्तीचा लाभ विद्यार्थ्यांनीला घेता येतो.हा नियम आहे.त्यामुळे एससी व एसटी ला आधीच 100% शैक्षणीक शुल्क माफ आहे.(वेळेवर येत नाही हा भाग वेगळा म्हणा)आणी ओबीसी व अर्थिक दृबलला 50% शैक्षणिक शूल्क फी माफ आहे..(कधी मिळेल हे सांगता येत नाही).
पण बाकी काही असो,शैक्षणिक संस्था व काँलेज प्रशासन हे मात्र विद्यार्थांना तगादा लावुन संपुर्ण शैक्षणिक शुल्क वसुल करतात.
तेही शुल्क ऐक रकमी भरा. नंतर तुमच्या खात्यावर फी येईल.काही शैक्षणिक संस्था तर संपुर्ण फी नसेल तर प्रवेश घेउ नका.असेही बोलतात.अशी काँलेज प्रशासनाकडुन उत्तरे मिळत आलेली आहेत.पुढेही मिळतील. फी परतावा वेळेवर कधीही होत नाही.पर्यांयांनी लाभार्थी,बजेट दोन्ही घटत जातात.

2)पंजाबराव देशमुख निर्वाह भत्ता योजना.
मूळातच मुलींच्या उच्चशिक्षणासाठी दिली जाणारी शिष्यवृत्ती खाजगी विद्यापीठांना लागू नसेल.राज्यात 48 खाजगी विद्यापीठे आहेत.अनेक विनानुदानित कोर्सस आहेत.फक्त मोजक्याच कोर्सला ही योजना लागु असेल.
