स्पर्धा परीक्षार्थींना वेठीस धरतय कोण?

आज दिनांक 10 जानेवारी 2023 रोजी राज्यसेवा परीक्षेमधील चुकीच्या उत्तरांसंदर्भातील याचिकेवर सुनावणी झाली.
यापूर्वीच्या सुनावणीमध्ये माननीय उच्च न्यायालयाने MPSC ला affidavit देऊन चुकीच्या उत्तराचे स्पष्टीकरण देण्यास सांगितले होते. मात्र आज झालेल्या सुनावणी मध्ये दिलेल्या Affidavit मध्ये MPSC ने चुकीच्या उत्तराचे स्पष्टीकरण न देता MPSC वकिलांनी असा युक्तिवाद केला की, राज्यसेवा मुख्य परीक्षेची संपूर्ण तयारी झाली असून वेळ खूप कमी राहिला आहे त्यामुळे सदर केस Dismiss करावी.
त्यावर माननीय उच्च न्यायालयाने सांगितले की याचिकाकर्त्यांनी अचूक उत्तराचे References दिले तसे आपणही चुकीच्या प्रश्नाचे Explanation द्या.
त्यावर एमपीएससी वकिलांनी एक्सप्लेनेशन साठी 16 तारखेपर्यंतची वेळ मागितली आहे.
यामध्ये याचिकाकर्त्यांची बाजू Adv सचिन गीते व Adv प्रवीण कांबळे यांनी मांडली.

माननीय उच्च न्यायालयातून विद्यार्थ्यांना न्याय नक्कीच मिळेल मात्र MPSC ने एका प्रश्नाचे एक्सप्लेनेशन देण्यासाठी एवढा वेळ का घेतला? जर MPSC ने दिलेले उत्तर योग्य तर त्याचे Explanation mpsc कडे का नाही?
जर एमपीएससीने चे उत्तर बरोबर तर मग एक्सप्लेनेशन न देता विद्यार्थ्यांना वेठीस का धरावे?
आजच्या सुनावणीमध्ये जर स्पष्टीकरण दिले असते तर माननीय उच्च न्यायालयाने काहीतरी न्याय निवाडा नक्कीच केला असता.
Mpsc ही स्वायत्त संस्था आहे परंतु न्यायव्यवस्थेपेक्षा तर श्रेष्ठ नाही ना? त्यांचा तरी आदर करायला हवा.

ग्रामीण भागातील जो विद्यार्थी जीवाचं रान करून अभ्यास करतोय, जे उमेदवार नोकरीतून रजा घेऊन अभ्यास करतात, जे विद्यार्थी MPSC ने परीक्षा पद्धती बदलली म्हणून शेवटची संधी समजून रात्रंदिवस एकत्र करून अभ्यास करतात त्यांना वेठीस धरण्याचे काम तर चालू नाही ना?

विद्यार्थी कोणत्या मानसिकतेतून जात आहेत याची आयोगाला कल्पना नाही. आयोगाचे काय एक घोषणापत्र काढले विषय संपला.
पण रात्रंदिवस खुर्चीला चिकटून बसलेला उमेदवारांचे काय?

सदर प्रकरण न्यायप्रविष्ट आहे विद्यार्थ्यांना माननीय न्यायालयाच्या निर्णयाचा नक्कीच आदरपूर्वक स्वीकार असेल. मात्र MPSC ने स्वायत्त संस्थेच्या नावाखाली विद्यार्थ्यांच्या मनामध्ये स्वतःची विश्वासार्हता कमी होऊ देऊ नये हीच माफक अपेक्षा….
