आश्वासनांवर राज्यसेवा पॅटर्न पुढे जाणार?

MPSC ने राज्यसेवा मुख्य परीक्षेची परीक्षा पद्धत बदलून यूपीएससी UPSC प्रमाणे वर्णनात्मक पद्धती केली. निश्चितच निर्णय चांगला होता आणि तो स्वीकारलाही गेला.
मात्र कोणताही बदल घडवून आणताना तो बदल स्वीकारण्यासाठी थोडा वेळ देणे गरजेचे असते.
मात्र MPSC ने 2023 पासून वर्णनात्मक पद्धत लागू करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला.
त्यामुळेच स्पर्धा परीक्षेची पाच-सहा वर्षांपासून तयारी करणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांसमोर अंधार पसरला. म्हणूनच विद्यार्थ्यांची मागणी आहे की हा पॅटर्न 2025 पासून लागू करण्यात यावा.

यासाठी वेगवेगळ्या स्तरातून मागणी वाढू लागली.
विद्यार्थी लोकप्रतिनिधींना भेटू लागले, निवेदन देऊ लागले, MPSC चा पाठपुरावा करू लागले. त्यामुळे पुण्यामध्ये लोकप्रतिनिधी विद्यार्थ्यांच्या समस्या जाणून घेण्यासाठी विद्यार्थ्यांना भेटले आणि ही वर्णनात्मक परीक्षा पुढे ढकलण्यासाठी प्रयत्न करण्याचे आश्वासनही दिले.
मुख्यमंत्री महोदयांसोबत बैठकीचे आश्वासनही दिले. अर्थात त्यांनी पाठपुरावाही केला. काही मागन्या मान्य झाल्या पण बाकी मागण्यांचं काय? यातून साध्य काय?

विद्यार्थ्यांना अभ्यास सोडून रस्त्यावर आंदोलन करावे लागले त्याची दखल मोठ्या प्रमाणात घेतली गेली नाही.

आंदोलन दडपण्यासाठी आंदोलकांपेक्षा पोलिसांचा फौज फाटा जास्त होता. विद्यार्थी जीवन मरणाच्या वाटेवर असताना मात्र जर विद्यार्थ्यांना फक्त आश्वासनावर खुश व्हावे लागणार असेल तर ते मात्र दुर्दैवच.

वर्णनात्मक पद्धतीने होणारी मुख्य परीक्षा पुढे ढकलण्यासाठी एमपीएससी तयार नाही. अधिकारी नकारात्मक आहेत तरीही संवाद कार्यक्रमात

माननीय आमदार बच्चुभाऊ कडू- माजी राज्यमंत्री,
माननीय आमदार सदाभाऊ खोत- माजी राज्यमंत्री,
माननीय आमदार अभिमन्यू पवार, माननीय आमदार निरंजन डावखरे, माननीय आमदार गोपीचंद पडळकर यांनी विद्यार्थ्यांच्या समस्या जाणून घेऊन विद्यार्थ्यांना आश्वासन दिले खरे पण हे प्रश्न अधिवेशनात मांडणार का?

काही क्लासेस, नवीन विद्यार्थी, यूपीएससीची तयारी करणारे विद्यार्थी हे निश्चितच पॅटर्न पुढे ढकलण्याच्या विरोधात आहेत.

परंतु आयुष्यातील उमेदीची वर्ष ज्यांनी वाया घालवली त्यांचाही थोडा विचार करायला हवा. अधिवेशन सुरू आहे विद्यार्थ्यांनी स्वतःचे प्रश्न हे अधिवेशनात मांडण्यासाठी आता लोकप्रतिनिधींचा पाठपुरावा करणे गरजेचे आहे.
विद्यार्थी प्रतिनिधी पाठपुरावा करीतच आहेत परंतु विद्यार्थ्यांनी देखील यामध्ये सहभागी व्हायला हवे.
कारण मागणीची तीव्रता देखील लक्षात यायला हवी. अर्थात काल पुणे येथे झालेले आंदोलन पाहता खूपच कमी विद्यार्थी सहभागी झालेले दिसले. त्याला कारणही तसे होते एकतर एमपीएससी कारवाई करण्याची भीती आणि दुसरा पोलिसांचा फौजफाटा

परंतु आपल्या लोकप्रतिनिधींपर्यंत जर आपण आपले निवेदन पोहोचवू शकता.

कोणीतरी येईल आणि आपल्याला न्याय मिळवून देईल या आशेवर बसून चालणार नाही. अधिवेशनामध्ये अधिवेशन चालू आहे तोपर्यंत आपल्या मागण्या पोहोचवत रहा जेणेकरून आश्वासनांची वारंवार आठवण लोकप्रतिनिधींना येईल आणि कुठेतरी विद्यार्थ्यांना न्याय मिळण्यासाठी हे प्रश्न अधिवेशनात मानले जातील.
