MPSC ने राज्यसेवा मुख्य परीक्षेचा बदललेला पॅटर्न हा 2025 पासून लागू करावा यासाठी विद्यार्थी मागणी करत आहेत.  विद्यार्थ्यांच्या मागण्या वेळोवेळी सरकार दरबारी डाएबरी पोहचत असतात. सध्या हिवाळी अधिवेशनाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर Students Rights Association ने मा. मुख्यमंत्री यांच्या नवे एक पत्र लिहून हा प्रश्न हिवाळी अधिवेशनामध्ये मांडावा व विद्यार्थ्यांना न्याय मिळावा ही मागणी विद्यार्थी करत आहेत.

मा.महोदय,
वरील विषयास अनुसरून आपणांस विनंती करण्यात येते की, महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा आयोगाने राज्यसेवा मुख्य परीक्षा 2023 पासून वर्णनात्मक पद्धतीने होणार असल्याचे कळविले आहे. त्यामुळे ह्या निर्णयाबाबत उमेदवारांमध्ये काही निर्णय होईल यामुळे संभ्रम निर्माण झाला आहे. राज्यसेवा पूर्व परीक्षा दिनांक 2 जानेवारी 2022 व मुख्य परीक्षा 7, 8आणि 9 मे 2022 रोजी पार पडली आणि राज्यसेवा पूर्व परीक्षा 2022 ही दिनांक 21 ऑगस्ट 2022 रोजी झाली व मुख्य परीक्षा ही दिनांक 21,22 आणि 23 जानेवारी 2023 मध्ये असणार आहे. तसेच आयोगाने दिनांक 24 जून 2022 रोजी नवीन पॅटर्न ने परीक्षा होणार असल्याची घोषणा केली. व 21 जुलै 2022 रोजी इंग्रजी मध्ये आयोगाने अभ्यासक्रम प्रसिद्ध केला आणि 17 ऑक्टोबर 2022 मराठी मध्ये अभ्यासक्रम प्रसिद्ध केला आहे. विशेष म्हणजे 2021 च्या व 2022 च्या मुलाखती रखडलेल्या आहेत. 2022 चे व्यस्त वेळापत्रक पाहता विद्यार्थ्यांना नवीन पॅटर्नच्या तयारीसाठी केवळ काही महिन्याचा अवधी मिळत आहे. परीक्षा पद्धतीमध्ये कोणताही मोठा बदल केल्यानंतर विद्यार्थ्यांना पुरेसा वेळ मिळणे अपेक्षित असते. केंद्रीय लोकसेवा आयोगदेखील असा कोणताही बदल करताना विद्यार्थ्यांना पुरेसा वेळ देते. तसेच नुकतेच आयोगाने 2023 मध्ये होणाऱ्या परीक्षांचे वेळापत्रक प्रसिद्ध केले असून त्यात दिनांक 4 जून 2023 मध्ये पूर्व परीक्षा होणार असून मुख्य परीक्षा ही दिनांक 30 सप्टेंबर ते 9 ऑक्टोबर च्या दरम्यान असणार आहे. त्यामुळे वरील घटनाक्रम पाहिल्यास उमेदवार हे विविध राज्यसेवा सह इतर परीक्षा असल्याने त्यात व्यग्र होते. त्यामुळे उमेदवारांना अभ्यासाचे नियोजन करताना वेळ कमी पडत असल्याचे उमेदवार सांगत आहे. आयोगाने जो वर्णनात्मक पद्धतीने परीक्षा घेण्याचा जो निर्णय घेतला आहे, त्याचे सर्व स्तरावर स्वागत केले आहे.त्याचा कोणी विरोध देखील करत नाही. मात्र वर्णनात्मक परिक्षेमुळे सध्या UPSC ची तयारी करणारे विद्यार्थी येणाऱ्या परीक्षांमध्ये बाजी मारतील व 4-5 वर्षांपासून तयारी करणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांवर अन्याय होईल. शिवाय अभ्यासासाठी पुरेसा वेळ मिळत नसल्याने व अभ्यासासाचे नियोजन करता यावे,यासाठी ही परीक्षा पद्धत 2025 पासून लागू करावी अशी विनंती सर्व स्तरावरून उमेदवारांकडून होत आहे.
त्यामुळे आपणांस विनंती करण्यात येते की,याबाबत उमेदवारांचे हित पाहता आपण याबाबत सकारात्मक निर्णय घ्यावा,ही नम्र विनंती.
