यात ज्या लहान मुलांचा वापर केला जातो त्यात बऱ्याचदा त्या मुलांचे आई-वडील स्वतःच जबाबदार असतात तेच आपल्या पोटच्या गोळ्यांना हात पसरायच शिक्षण देतात, नाहीतर कुठुनही किडनँप केलेली किंवा विकत घेतलेली लहान मुलं सिग्नल वर हात पुढे करायला सोडुन दिली जातात. कित्येकदा त्या मुलांना अपंग केल जात त्यांच्या शरीरातील अवयवांसोबत छेडछाड करुन त्यांचा अवयव निकामी केला की ही सुशिक्षित म्हणवणारी मंडळी आपोआप खिसा ढिला करतात हे साधं शास्त्र ही लोक जाणुन असतात, त्यामुळे अशा गोष्टींची मदत घेतली जाते. यामध्ये खरतर लहान मुलांच्या शैक्षणिक, आरोग्य या बाबींवर जो काही परिणाम होतो त्याकडे कधी ही मेट्रो सिटीत राहणारी मंडळी तर पाहात नाहीच पण यांच्या करवी पैसे उकाळणार्यांनाही या लेकरांच्या आरोग्याच, शिक्षणाच काही घेणदेण नसतं
