MPSC चे अभिमन्यू आत्महत्येच्या उंबरठ्यावर….

सध्या एक बातमी चर्चेत आहे- स्वप्नील लोणकर या 24 वर्षीय स्पर्धा परीक्षा विद्यार्थ्याने मुख्य परीक्षा पास होउन देखील नियुक्ती न झाल्यामुळे आत्महत्या केलीये. ही आत्महत्या नसुन एकप्रकारे व्यवस्थेकडून झालेला खुनच आहे. याकडे डोळसपणे पाहिल्यास लक्षात येईल की ही पहिली आत्महत्या मुळीच नाही, असे सञ गेल्या तीन वर्षांपासून सतत चालूच आहे. राज्यकर्त्यांच्या धोरण लकव्यामुळे हे प्रकार घडतात. मग कोणतेही शासन असो – अाधीचे किंवा आत्ताचे, वर्षानुवर्षे फटका मात्र विद्यार्थ्यांनाच बसत अालाय.

असे काही आत्महत्येचे प्रकरण घडले की तो माध्यमांच्या चर्चेचा विषय बनतो, तीन चार दिवस हळहळ व्यक्त होते आणि मग जैसे ते परिस्थीती. याला जालीम किंवा कायमस्वरूपी उपाय कोणीही करायला तयार नाही, कोणाला करावा असे देखील वाटत नाही. सध्या हा वर्ग प्रचंड अार्थिक व मानसिक मेटाकुटीला येउन ठेपलाय. त्यातच दीड वर्षापासुन करोनाची अधिकची भर.

राज्यकर्त्यांची उदासीनता:

यातुन मार्ग काढण्यासाठी आणि तरुणांना दिलासा देण्यासाठी एकही अामदार विधानसभेत बोलत नाही. आ कपील पाटील यासारखे अपवाद आहेत, त्यांनी मागे प्रयत्न केले होते. पण कोणेही यावर पर्याय मार्ग दाखवत नाही. सभागृहात पदवीधर आमदार आहेतच की नाही असा प्रश्न पडावा अशी वर्षानुवर्षांची अवस्था. खरं म्हणजे त्यांची प्राथमिकत आणि बांधिलकी प्रामुख्याने या बेरोजगार तरुणांच्या प्रश्नाशी असली पाहीजे. पण सत्ताधारी पक्षातील पदवीधर मतदारसंघातील आमदार मूग गिळून बसतात आणि विरोधी पक्षातील कार्यक्षमता दाखवत नाहीत.

MPSC चे दुष्टचक्र:

तर मग अशा या कठीण काळात या विध्यार्थ्यांना न्याय देण्यासाठी पुढाकार घेणार तरी कोन ? या समस्येवर उपाय म्हणून काही मंडळी सरसकट ‘प्लॅन बी’ पहा म्हणून सांगतात. ठिक आहे, काही काळानंतर ते योग्यच. पण विध्यार्थ्यांना प्रयत्न करण्याची आणि लढण्याची नीट संधी तरी द्या. प्रशासनात रिक्तता असून देखील कमी जागांच्या जाहिराती, रखडलेल्या नियुक्त्या, आयोगाचा भोंगळ कारभार या सगळ्या निष्क्रियता झाकण्याचा नेहमीच प्रयत्न होतो. या समस्यांवर राज्यकर्ते चकार शब्द काढत नाहीत. असे अजून कीती बळी आपण घेणार आहात ??

वास्तविक पाहता MPSC चे दुष्टचक्र अत्यंत दुर्दैवी आहे. एकदा विद्यार्थी यात गेल्यानंतर अभिमन्यूप्रमाने अडकूनच जावा असे चित्र आहे. सगळ्यात आधी प्रशासनात रिक्त पदे असूनही कमी जागांच्या जाहिराती आणि त्याही वेळेवर निघत नाहीत. त्या निघाल्यानंतर ठरलेल्या वेळी परीक्षा होत नाहीत. झाल्याच परीक्षा तरी वर्षानुवर्षे निकाल नाहीत. इतके सगळे दिव्य पार पाडून परीक्षा पास झाल्यावर देखील उमेदवार नियुक्तीच्या प्रतीक्षेत आहेत.

जुन्या मंडळींकडून अपेक्षा ठेवणे कठीण आहे म्हणा- पण राज्याच्या युवा नेतृत्वाने पक्ष, संघटना या सर्वांपलीकडे जाऊन या प्रश्नाकडे गांभीर्याने पाहणे गरजेचे अाहे…अन्यथा असे अनेक स्वप्नील आत्महत्येच्या उंबरठयावर आहेत हे लक्षात घ्या..
