खाली दिलेल्या 4 गोष्टी केल्या तर परीक्षा जुलै मध्ये शक्य

MPSC च्या परीक्षा कोरोना, आरक्षण, (राजकीय हस्तक्षेप) अशा विविध कारणांनी वेळोवेळी पुढे ढकलली गेली. राज्यसेवा परीक्षा 11 मार्चला पुढे ढकलले मात्र विद्यार्थ्यांचा रोष पाहून सरकारने नमते घेऊन परीक्षा घेतली खरी परंतु संयुक्त पूर्व परीक्षा मात्र तारखेच्या प्रतीक्षेतच राहिली.
त्यातच भर पडते ती अफवांची…….
सोशल मीडिया हे अफवांचे किंवा अफवा पसरवणारे सर्वात मोठे माध्यम आहे.
मागे एका वर्तमानपत्राने पावसाचे कारण देत परीक्षा जुलै-ऑगस्टमध्ये न होता सप्टेंबरमध्ये होणार अशी बातमी दिली. त्यातच मागील चार दिवसापासून काल म्हणजे 30 जूनला राज्य सरकार आणि #MPSC ची बैठक होणार असा मेसेज सर्वत्र पसरला; आणि आज 12 सप्टेंबरला संयुक्त पूर्व परीक्षा COMBINE PRE EXAM होणार असा मेसेज फिरत आहे.
मिटींग होती का? ती झाली का? आणि परीक्षेचा मुहूर्त 12 सप्टेंबर ठरला का? अशी कोणतीही अधिकृत माहिती एमपीएससी व सरकारने प्रसिद्ध केलेली नाही.
आजच्या नागपूर लोकसत्ता मधील बातमी नुसार सरकार व एमपीएससी ची बैठक विस्कटली.
मग 12सप्टेंबर मुहूर्त निघाला कसा?

निवडणुकीच्या तारखा जाहीर होतात; मोठ्या सभा होतात; मग संयुक्त पूर्व परीक्षेची तारीख का जाहीर होत नाही? खरेतर संयुक्त पूर्व परीक्षा जुलैमध्ये होणे अपेक्षित होते.
कारण पुन्हा कोरोनाची तिसरी लाट आली तर मात्र अवघडच….
परीक्षा लवकर व्हावी यासाठी खरे तर विद्यार्थ्यांनीच प्रयत्न करणे गरजेचे आहे.
परीक्षा पुढे ढकलल्या….
मग त्या कोणी ढकलल्या? का ढकलल्या? यावरून खूप वावड्या उडवल्या गेल्या.
विद्यार्थी प्रतिनिधी, विद्यार्थी संघटना यांना दोषी ठरवले जाऊ लागले. अर्थात काही संघटना व काही स्वयंघोषित विद्यार्थी प्रतिनिधी या लॉकडाऊन मुळे आणि सोशल मीडियाच्या अतिवापरामुळे उदयास आले खरे पण त्यांच्या काही चुकांमुळे किंवा प्रसिद्धीच्या हव्यासापोटी विद्यार्थी हितासाठी काम करणाऱ्या इतर संघटना टारगेट केल्या जाऊ लागल्या…. असो…
आता संघटनाच एवढ्या झाल्या की त्यांनी एकत्र येणे किंवा त्यांचे एकमत होणे कठीण आहे… पण अशक्य नक्कीच नाही परंतु सध्या आपल्याकडे वेळ कमी आहे.

प्रत्येक विद्यार्थ्यांनी आता स्वावलंबी होणे आवश्यक आहे. स्वतःच्या हक्कासाठी एक वेळ तरी स्वतः उभे राहावे लागेल.
हे युग सोशल मीडियावर चालणारे आहे, आणि जवळपास सर्वच स्पर्धा परीक्षार्थी (Aspirants) सोशल मीडियाचा Social Media वापर करत आहेत.
परीक्षा घेणे हे जरी एमपीएससीचे MPSC चे काम असले तरी राज्य सरकारच्या state Government च्या परवानगीशिवाय ते हतबल आहेत. त्यामुळे सध्या एमपीएससी #MPSC ला दोषी धरणे हा मूर्खपणा ठरेल.
परीक्षा लवकर होण्यासाठी विद्यार्थ्यांनी पुढाकार घेऊन खालील गोष्टी करणे गरजेचे आहे….

१) परीक्षेच्या तारखा घोषित करण्यासाठीचे मेसेज मुख्यमंत्री, उपमुख्यमंत्री व इतर सर्व मंत्र्यांना दररोज ट्विट व मेल करायला हवेत जेणेकरून त्यांना गंभीरे समजेल.

२) फेसबुक द्वारे मुख्यमंत्री राज्याला संबोधित करतात त्याचप्रमाणे विद्यार्थ्यांनी आपापल्या फेसबुक FACEBOOK व यूट्यूब अकाउंट YOU TUBE वरून लाईव्ह जाऊन आपल्या व्यथा मांडाव्यात

३) ट्विटर, फेसबुक ( Twitter, Facebook ) वरती hashtag हॅशटॅग मोहीम (#) राबवावी..

४) सर्वात महत्वाचे म्हणजे प्रत्येकाने आपापल्या सत्ताधारी व विरोधी पक्षातील प्रतिनिधींना शक्य तेथे निवेदन देऊन आपल्या व्यथा मांडून सरकार दरबारी पाठपुरावा करण्यास व अधिवेशनामध्ये विषय चर्चेस घेण्यासाठी भाग पाडावे…

अधिवेशन तोंडावर आहे आणि याच अधिवेशनाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर हे सर्व घडले तर सर्व प्रिंट मीडिया print media व इलेक्ट्रोनिक मीडिया electronic media आपल्या भावना जगासमोर मांडतील
आणि हा प्रश्न अधिवेशनामध्ये चर्चेस घेतला जाईल.
कोरोनाचा प्रादुर्भाव वाढू नये म्हणून आपण रस्त्यावर उतरून आंदोलन करत नाहीत परंतु ऑनलाइन आंदोलने मात्र आपण नक्कीच करू शकतो. वरील चार गोष्टी या ऑनलाईन आंदोलनाचाच भाग असेल.

एकूण अर्ज केलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांपैकी फक्त दहा टक्के विद्यार्थ्यांनी जरी वरील चार गोष्टी केल्या तरी एमपीएससी मधील राजकीय हस्तक्षेप समूळ नष्ट होईल. आणि संयुक्त पूर्व परीक्षेच्या तारखे सोबतच पुढील व या वर्षीच्या रखडलेल्या सर्व जाहिराती काढण्यास सरकारला आपण भाग पाडू शकतो.

अर्थात विद्यार्थ्यांनी याकडे सकारात्मकतेने पाहिले तर…..
आपले भविष्य आपल्या हातात आहे.. आपले एक ट्विट, एक मेल, एक फेसबुक लाईव्ह आणि एक निवेदन सरकार ला परीक्षा घेण्यास भाग पाडू शकते…
कटू आहे पण वास्तव आहे…
